1.Product description

2.Overview of filtration principle
ZX filter uses diatomite as filter aid and filter cloth as filter materials. Diatomite is hung on the surface of filter element and filter cloth bag through a certain pressure by feed pump to form a filter cake layer, and then a uniform filter cake layer is used to intercept fine particles in the feed liquid, so as to achieve high-precision filtration effect.
3.Filter structure
The filter is mainly composed of filter tank , filter element , liquid collecting pipe assembly, liquid outlet pipe assembly, discharge outlet and bottom plate, cover lifting mechanism, etc
3.1 Filter element
The filter element is the main working part of the filter,and the filter element assembly is composed of outer PP filter cloth bag and internal stainless steel filter tube. The middle is the filtrate flow channel. The lower part of the filter element is the filtrate collection chamber, and the upper part is the connection between the filter element and the liquid collection pipe.
